In her early twenties, Angie Dunn faced her first real test of leadership, managing an all-male team, many older and once her peers. It was a trial by fire that revealed how isolating leadership can feel without the right tools, mentors, or support.
What changed everything was guidance from leaders who believed in her potential and gave her the frameworks to lead with confidence. That experience shaped her philosophy: leadership isn’t learned in theory, it’s built through practice, mentorship, and real-world support.
Over the next two decades, Angie held senior leadership roles across start-ups and global enterprises, including VP Head of Sales and General Manager at leading multinational firms. She rebuilt nearly 20 sales teams, coached dozens of high performers into leadership roles, and saw the same pattern repeat in the teams she was working with: talented people promoted without the confidence, clarity, or skills to thrive.
By 2020, she decided it was time to change that. Agile Performance was founded to close the leadership readiness gap - helping individuals and organisations build confident, capable leaders through evidence-based coaching.
In 2025, Angie launched Leadership Foundations: The Agile Way, a six-module program designed to help emerging leaders communicate with impact, lead with purpose, and step into their roles with clarity and confidence.
